HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) – You’re invited to the sixth annual Haunt Springs Trick-or-Treat!
Elan Kesilman, a spokesperson for the Downtown Hot Springs event, said this free evening falls on Wed., Oct. 30 from 4 to 7 and is offered as a safe alternative to knocking on doors on Halloween night. Traffic will be directed and crossing guards will be available to get your family from destination to destination safely.
A costume contest will held at the Arlington. Preliminary rounds are at 4:30 and 5:30 (children only have to go to one), and finalists will appear at 6:30. Kesilman said the grand prize is a Wii, but every participant will receive an award.
In addition, Hot Springs store owners will give out candy, face painting will be available, and spooky decorations will be scattered throughout.
