Garland Co. deputy suspended in jail sex inquiry | News
HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) -- The Garland County Sheriff's Department placed Jason Carr, 40, on paid administrative leave pending an investigation.
A department representative says Carr is accused of having sexual relations with a female inmate. Her name is not being released.
Carr worked at the detention center.
